¿Cuáles son las diferentes zonas de asientos?
El teatro está dividido en secciones según la calidad de la vista. Los asientos se asignan en la entrada por nuestro personal, por orden de llegada, de acuerdo con la sección que seleccionaste.
¿Cómo voto?
Usa tu smartphone para escanear el código QR que se muestra en el recinto, el cual te llevará directamente a la página de votación. La mayoría de las cámaras de teléfono escanean automáticamente; si la tuya no lo hace, prueba con Google Lens o un escáner de QR de terceros. El personal en el lugar puede ayudarte si todavía tienes problemas.
¿Habrá luces estroboscópicas?
No, no habrá luces estroboscópicas.
¿Habrá comida o bebidas disponibles para comprar en el lugar?
No, no habrá comida ni bebidas para comprar en este evento.
¿Puedo tomar fotos o grabar la presentación?
Solo se podrán tomar fotos y videos durante el saludo final, sin flash.
¿Puedo usar mi teléfono durante la presentación?
No, tu teléfono debe estar en modo silencioso durante toda la presentación.
¿Puedo salir de la sala durante la presentación?
Por respeto a los artistas y al público, no se permitirá salir de tu asiento excepto en caso de emergencia.
Sobre tus boletos
¿Se pueden comprar boletos en la entrada?
No, no se venderán boletos en el lugar. Solo se pueden comprar a través de la aplicación Fever o en el sitio web de Fever.
¿Puedo tener un boleto para un cuidador?
Los asistentes que requieran ayuda pueden solicitar un pase gratuito para un asistente personal/trabajador de apoyo. Contáctanos para obtener un cupón que te permita comprar el boleto de cuidador gratuito en la aplicación Fever (sujeto a disponibilidad), y muestra el boleto regular junto con este al entrar.
¿Puedo cambiar la fecha de mi boleto? ¿Se permiten reembolsos?
Puedes cambiar la fecha de tu boleto hasta 24 horas antes del evento; contáctanos con tu ID de boleto o verifica si hay una opción de «Cambiar fecha y/o hora» en la sección de boletos de la aplicación Fever. Los reembolsos no están disponibles bajo ninguna circunstancia.
¿Puedo transferir mis boletos a otra persona?
Sí, las transferencias a cualquier otra cuenta de Fever son gratuitas. Toca «Transferir boletos» en tu boleto dentro de la aplicación Fever, o contáctanos con tu ID de boleto para recibir ayuda.
¿Dónde puedo encontrar mi boleto y necesito imprimirlo?
Encuentra tu boleto en la sección de boletos de la aplicación Fever, iniciando sesión con la cuenta que usaste para comprarlo (tu código QR también está en el correo de confirmación). No es necesario imprimirlo; se valida a través de la aplicación al llegar.

¿Hay un requisito de edad mínima?
Todos los asistentes deben ser mayores de 12 años. Los menores de 16 deben ir acompañados por un adulto.
¿Cuándo debo llegar?
Llega al menos 30 minutos antes para ser sentado en tu zona asignada. Las puertas se cierran 5 minutos antes del inicio. No se permitirán llegadas tardías, por respeto a los artistas y al resto de asistentes.
¿Puedo traer animales? ¿Se permiten perros de servicio?
No se permiten mascotas en este recinto, pero se aceptan animales de servicio.
¿El lugar es accesible?

¿Hay estacionamiento disponible?
Roulette no cuenta con estacionamiento en el sitio. Los garajes cercanos están a 1-5 minutos a pie; el estacionamiento en la calle es extremadamente limitado.
